We DO NOT offer refunds, but we are happy to provide exchanges for products of equal or greater value from our website, excluding items that are part of ongoing promotions.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange under the following conditions:
You received an incorrect product.
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
If the product received is incorrect, please get in touch with our client services team and provide a photo of the garment.
To be eligible for an exchange, please inform us within 3 DAYS of receiving the product.
PLEASE NOTE that each exchange request is handled individually, and our team will work diligently to resolve your issue. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Garments will NOT be accepted for exchange if:
The product has been worn or washed.
The original tags are missing.
The reason for the return is incorrect.
